Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid consultation packages and cohort seats confirmed by invoice from Integrate Cloud. Informational browsing on this website does not involve payment.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if no consultation session has occurred and no annotated deliverable has been released. After the first live session or delivery of a Letter Atlas annotation, refunds shift to the partial rules below.

Full refunds

A full refund is available when you cancel in writing within the 14-day window and before services begin, or when Integrate Cloud cancels a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within 30 days.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after services have started, we may refund the unused portion of multi-session packages minus completed sessions (valued at the then-current single-session rate) and a €45 administration fee. Digital worksheets already provided are non-returnable.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-off letter reviews, downloaded materials marked as final, and third-party fees charged by payment processors for chargebacks initiated without contacting us first are non-refundable. Employer outcomes (for example, refusal to revise a letter) are not grounds for a refund.

Refund process

Email info@integrate-cloud.digital with your invoice number, purchase date, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether the request qualifies for full or partial refund.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days beyond our transfer.

Cancellation by Integrate Cloud

If we must cancel a session, we offer a reschedule at no cost. If rescheduling is impossible, the session value is credited or refunded at your choice.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights under German law apply where the legal criteria are met and are not limited by this policy. Nothing here reduces mandatory rights you hold as a consumer in Germany.
